Timo Khammash
Timo is the founder and principal of Marmor Group, with nearly two decades of operating and investing experience across the U.S. and Europe. He has built and partnered with platforms in luxury real estate, private capital, and sports — and brings a hands-on, principal-led approach to every relationship.
His perspective is shaped by working on both sides of the Atlantic — as an operator, an investor, and a partner to entrepreneurs, family offices, and institutional capital.


Stephan Foelsing
Stephan is a Hamburg-based corporate finance advisor and former investment banker with deep expertise in the manufacturing sector. Over the course of his career, he has advised companies across Europe on complex fundraising initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth transactions, and public market listings, including IPOs.
His experience combines financial structuring, capital markets knowledge, and strategic advisory capabilities with a strong understanding of industrial and operational business models.
